Old people loved the convenient location, easy access to transportation, and walking distance to attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The comfortable beds and amazing shower were highlights. The pool was a great feature to cool off in the hot weather. The breakfast had a great variety and even included sparkling wine. the hotel had a wow factor with fantastic views and mood lighting.
Felt safe walking at night, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located on a steep hill, making it easy to access the main shopping street of Avenida Liberdade and the historic sites. It is also situated in the bustling business district. The rooms are comfortable with modern gadgets and the bathroom has a contemporary design. The staff are friendly and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.
The elevator system was unreliable, causing delays and inconveniences for guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main roundabout and the metro station, making transportation easy and hassle-free. The bus terminal is also nearby, offering guided tours to various places. The hotel facilities are excellent, with anice and neat room. The breakfast provided is delicious and the staff is attentive.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its attention to detail. The rooms were clean, modern, and tastefully decorated with nice amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great, just a 20 minute walk downhill to the city center on top of a hill overlooking the city. The breakfast was delicious with a great view.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and a couple of stops away from the city center. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated in a modern style, both inside and out. The breakfast was luxurious and delicious, with a great variety of options. The staff were courteous and always ready to help.
